1. Who we are

2. What we collect and why

We do not sell your personal data or use it for third-party advertising. Our analytics provider receives only anonymous activity — never your name or email — with IP-address anonymisation enabled.

We may also disclose data where required by law. We do not sell your data.

6. International transfers

PostHog stores data in the European Union. Where personal data is transferred to a country outside the UK (for example, Loops in the United States), we rely on the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA), or the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to our processing of your data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time.

To exercise any of these, email privacy@orphos.app. We respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) — ico.org.uk, 0303 123 1113.

9. Children

This website and waitlist are not directed at children. You must be at least 18 to join the waitlist. If you believe we hold data about someone under 18, contact privacy@orphos.app and we will delete it.

10. Security

We limit who and what can access personal data, keep identifying details separate from anonymous analytics, and collect only what we need. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

11. The Orphos app

The Orphos app will process precise location to play stories in time with your walk. When it launches:

A Data Protection Impact Assessment will be completed before the app handles real location data.
